Berry: You don’t mind him staying here right?

Percy: Of course I don’t mind! I know how much finding him means to you, and it would be nice to have more interactions with others of your kind… I am still learning.

Apple: Man, this show is so cool!

Percy: Hmm… is it normal to voice your opinions so loudly?

Berry: laughs Some of us do. Even when it’s not always welcome.

Berry: So… that’s everything that happened. I think you’re all caught up now.

Apple: Wow… and you wrote all of it down in a journal for all 20 years…?

Berry: Well, yea. I wanted to you have something to go by to know what you missed. I guess it is even more helpful now since you don’t have memory of getting taken huh?

Apple: Yea… Thanks Berry. It’s going to take some time to accept but… but I feel this is the right fit.

Berry: And you’re welcome to stay here. We have this guest room, you can make it your permanent home.

Apple: Yea? I don’t think I could go back there… not after knowing what I know now.

I tried to focus on the party after that, give you and mama a chance to talk. I think you needed her the most right now. Plus Honeydew had a lot of questions about the vampire jerk who took you. I could tell you were getting more used to the idea the more time you spent around us. Like you knew this felt right despite you having no memory of us.

Berry: Hey Elderberry, are you excited to be an uncle?

Elderberry: Yea! I’ve been reading books on how to be a good uncle and–

Berry: Aww… Eldie, you don’t have to do research to be a good uncle, you just will be.

Pumpkin: I’m…. I’m seeing things, omb! My little boy!

Apple: Uh… hi mom?

Berry: He doesn’t remember anything Mama… whoever took him.

Honeydew: We’ll find whoever it was!

Apple: Sorry about the memory…

Pumpkin: No no! Don’t be sorry, the man who took you should be sorry!

Mama cried. Maybe I would have too, but I was just too happy. I always knew you were somewhere. Everyone else might have given up hope… but I knew!

You know now, but it was so hard explaining everything that happened. You didn’t believe a lot of it, and other things you said made sense to you. You told me about the man that took you and that you’re… a Vampire. I didn’t even know those existed. But I guess if Percy’s people exist, Vampires do too. I was just so happy to have my brother back, even if you were still coming to terms that you had a brother… or a family other than that man.

Berry: Wait! Mama’s here! She’s going to be so happy!

Apple: Uh… mama? I have a mother…?

Berry: You don’t remember? Gods it’s been… 20 years now. You just vanished! We looked everywhere for you!

Apple: 20 years… I can’t even remember anything that far back. Hold on! That’s why he wouldn’t let me ever leave the house!

Berry: He? Apple did someone take you?

Apple: I… don’t know, this is all… alot…
