Tag: still sims releated tho?

My sidebar now has a nifty little thing that lists all my current stories. Though unfortunately. You can’t see it if you’re on mobile ^^;

Also, my BPR, What if…, and the Apple Orchard BC all had their saves vanish ;A;. I managed to find a saved family of my BPR. So I can pretty much start from where I left off so that’s good.

So

I decided on another challenge I want to do. As I’m playing I realized there’s a lot of gameplay content I’ve either never used, or don’t use often. And I really want to challenge myself to do everything. So I’m going to do a legacy, a 26 generation legacy… oof. And each generation will revolve around the game packs content in the order they were released. So Gen 1 will be Outdoor Retreat, Gen 2 will be Get To Work. And yes, I know some of the packs, the stuff packs mostly, don’t have a lot of gameplay content, so I’ll be going based on their theme rather than content. Like say… Romantic Garden. That generation will just have romantic sims, and the focus will be dating and finding love. I don’t know why I thought of this, but I did. So I’m going to type up some rules for myself and then make a founder, and I’ll see how it goes! :3.

Hope you enjoyed the little preview of my new story? Though I realize I only have 3-4 readers, but I love you all <3. Anyway I updated the random simmies, all four parts to include the names of who they are, maybe it’ll help understand the new story a little.

Now I must go on search of the seasons terrains, cus my replacements clearly don’t work in spring xD.

Uh-oh #2

I know, I keep having problems. Hopefully this is the last time cus I’m really annoyed at this point xD. I have no idea hat inside my mods folder is doing it, but whenever I load up and either get to the world screen to pick a family to play, or go to CAS to start a new save, The screen sort of flashes and then like I can hear the game sounds and can click around the screen to which point I hear the sounds of menus opening, but the screen itself is frozen and doesn’t change. I took out my game mods specifically, and nothing that didn’t help, which I’m not surprised that wasn’t what was causing it, as I am really careful at getting update versions of all of those. I don’t even have that many. 

BUT I do have a ton of old basic CC, like back from before packs even started coming in old. So I think my best bet at this point is to just start with an empty folder and rebuild it from scratch, and just not get anything old? So we’ll see how that goes xD.

uh-oh?

So I loaded up the game today to continue the story, and went into CAS to add someone who needs to be there for the plot to continue. And he wasn’t there. So I thought, that’s fine, he’s not in my tray files but I know I have a save going with him in it, so I’ll just load that. Go to load the save to find all my saves are gone except the one I’m playing -_-. Apparently the game deleted all my other ongoing stories.
