The sun was setting fast, which made this whole thing… kinda better. I just wish I hadn’t come across like a complete dork, but I don’t think Macaron minded all that much.

Macaron: So well… I’m really into you Teri, there I said it.

He took a deep breath, and afterwards he couldn’t stop smiling, like he had been waiting so long to tell me this.

Macaron: I know it must be weird, you’ve been living with just your moms for so long… ha, I don’t know what I’m even saying, I just… what do you think? Do you think you could possibly…. be into me too?

I was so shocked, I was speechless for what felt like hours. Ronnie didn’t mind, he just sat their waiting, with that… cute smile on his face.

He seemed pretty nervous, like he’d rather be back home telling me whatever he needed to say. It didn’t make much sense to me. Unless of course he was embarrassed to tell me he failed or something.

Macaron: Uh… I’m not exactly sure how to get this out.

He shifted a lot, and looked uncomfortable, I was starting to get worried.

Macaron: Why don’t we go sit over there… I think it would be easier if I was sitting down, haha.

After I told my parents everything, the brothers and I hung out a lot. They are really great guys, and I have no idea why my moms would be so hateful towards others outside our family. These two have become really great friends, and I enjoy spending time with them.

Everything became pretty routine after that. I painted a lot, I even started making money by selling them to a local gallery. It was getting really nice living here.

Unexpectedly Macaron asked me to take a walk with him through the park. I didn’t think much of it, I just thought maybe he wanted to tell me he finally passed the detective exam or whatever it was he was doing with that. That’s what I thought, but…

Wisteria: Hey mom.

[ Teri!? Oh my! Daisy come quick it’s Teri! ]

So I talked to them, it was a lot easier after Bubblegum said he’d stay while I did. He gave me the courage to say everything that needed to be said. At first it happened just like I thought it would. I told them where I was staying and they said they were coming to get me, but the more that I talked, the more they decided to let me stay. Momma Daisy was more understanding than momma lily, but she came around.

They really did understand, just like Bubblegum said they would. I didn’t think that was possible, they never wanted me to leave. I honestly thought I would be living with them all my life. I guess family can surprise you sometimes.

Bubblegum: I still think you should tell them Teri, I know you said you left them a note so they wouldn’t think you were dead or something, but they’re your family. If you gave them your reason–

Wisteria: Ug, yea… you’re right. I’ll tell them, you don’t know what they’re really like though.

Bubblegum: All I know, is that family can be more understanding than you think.

Bubblegum: How are you settling in Wisteria?

Wisteria: It’s still a bit hard to get used to… but it’s slowly getting easier. It’s not terrible.

Bubblegum: Not terrible is great! Have you told your parents where you are yet?

Wisteria: No… I know as soon as I tell them, they’ll come straight here and take me home. I need this. I’m not ready to go back!

It’s been a few days now that I’ve live here, and even though I see them often it’s still pretty awkward talking to them. I’ve never really talked to anyone besides my own family. And I guess I’m still afraid they might turn out to be mean like my Moms said. I’m learning that’s not the case but… guess I’m still pretty shy.

This is Bubblegum. More often than not he shows up without his brother to clean the place by himself. Apparently Macaron is taking all these tests to try and become a detective or something. Nothing wrong with being ambitious, though it would be nice to have some more company at this little place.
